The problem started when I got home from school. The house was so quiet, it was strange. However, I was very hungry and I knew mom had baked remarkable cookies last night. I thought I would sneak some. I gingerly walked into the kitchen, and froze. What I discovered next turned my stomach inside out. Next door the yellow dog had eaten the cookies.
